"#data-driven vlog" is a series of video documents showing the daily life of the artist using a biometric sensor.

#data-driven vlog

The artist's visualizations of biometric data inspire new understandings of human connection and are often experienced as live performances or immersive works. While in quarantine, she has instead looked inward, observing how her own humanity has been shifted by today’s circumstances. Throughout this exhibition, the artist is sharing a continuous feed of data generated from her body as she goes about her daily existence, exposing life itself as a durational performance.

As part of IA&A at Hilyer's "There, There" exhibition, the artist Lisa Park records biofeedback sounds and visuals while doing her daily routine. "There, There" is an online exhibition curated by Adriel Luis and presented by IA&A at Hillyer. (Dec 7th, 2020 to Jan 15th, 2021)
